Best known as the chilli used to make genuine Hungarian Paprika; Hungarian Paprika is richer in flavour than the store-bought Paprika. The Boldog Hungarian has a sweet, spicy flavour and whilst most commonly dried, can also be consumed fresh.
The fruit matures to a bright red, and dries to a deep maroon. Pods grow to about 12cm, with thin walls.
