Named for its resemblance to a bull's horn, the Corno di Toro Rosso is a heirloom pepper from Italy. It has a sweet, rich flavour and is very very mild in heat.
The fruit of the Corno di Toro Rosso matures to a brilliant bright red, and grows to 20-25cm long. Its thick walls make it perfect for stuffing, roasting and frying, but it can also be eaten fresh in salads.
