Habanero White
A unique ivory coloured chilli that has the characteristic habanero heat and flavour; perfect for the gardener that wants a colourful veggie patch!
Most chilliheads would agree that the Habanero is the undisputed 'King of all the Chilli' species. Apart from its clean and intense heat, the White Habanero also has an intense sweet flavour, characteristic of the Habanero family. The white variety also has smoky undertones.
Measuring in between 100,000 to 350,000 Scoville Heat Units, the White Habanero isn't as hot as its chocolate or red counterparts, but still packs a good punch! The White Habanero starts green, then turns yellow before maturing to an ivory white.
Its skin is thin and waxy with some wrinkling.
Warning: extremely hot ~ caution this chilli will not discriminate; Under no circumstances should one of these chillies be left with an unwitting person, especially a child.
