A natural variation of the former world record holder, the red Bhut Jolokia, this yellow variety is thought to be slightly milder than its red counterpart, but still super hot!
The yellow Bhut is sweet, fruity and citrusy, but still has the characteristic bitter undertones common across all Bhut Jolokia plants. The striking yellow makes this a great option for sauces and spices.
Bhuts are renowned for their 'slow burn' - with the heat taking about 30 seconds to kick in, and sticking around for as long as 30 minutes. Available in red and chocolate.
Warning: Extremely hot! This chilli will not discriminate; Under no circumstances should one of these chillies be left with an unwitting person, especially a child.
