Bhut Jolokia Chocolate
One of our favourite chillies, the Bhut Jolokia Chocolate is slightly milder than the red Bhut but still stupidly hot, with a richer flavour profile that is surprisingly fruity.

The Bhut Jolokia Chocolate is a rare variation of the Bhut Jolokia, which was the world's hottest chilli between 2007-2011, measuring in at over one million Scoville heat units (SHUs).
The Chocolate Bhut is slightly milder in heat than the red Bhut, and thought to be about 900,000 SHUs. The Bhut Jolokia Chocolate is sweet and fruity in flavour, with smokey undertones.
It is renowned for its 'slow burn' - with the heat taking about 30 seconds to kick in, and sticking around for as long as 30 minutes.
Warning: Extremely hot! This chilli will not discriminate. Under no circumstances should one of these chillies be left with an unwitting person, especially a child.
