Thai Prik Chee Fah
A hot Thai variety that is used extensively in Thai cuisine either fresh or dried. With erect growing pods, "Prik Chee Fah" translates to "pointing at the sky".
This chilli is used either fresh or dried in most Thai dishes. The plant is quite hardy and produces upward growing pods over a very long period; it's name translates to "pointing to the sky". Bigger than most other Thai varieties.
