Firecracker Piquins delight the tastebuds as much as the eye, with an amazing fruity flavour and chilli kick, with a Scoville rating of 30,000 to 40,000. They are often used whole, simmered in soups or stews, briefly sautéed in stir-fries, or soaked in a marinade and then removed.
