Bishops Crown
One of our favourite looking chillies, that delivers versatility - sweet and mild wings, with a moderately hot centre. Highly recommended!
Bishops Crowns are characterised by their resemblance to - yep, you guessed it, a Bishops Crown. They're also commonly referred to as a 'Christmas Bell' or 'Joker's Hat' and we even see a resemblance to a UFO!
Bishops Crowns range from 5000 to 30000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), with their wings carrying almost no heat. Their sweet, crisp and fruity flavour makes them a great all rounder, and they can be enjoyed fresh in salsas and salads.
