Much like the popular Thai Birdseye, but smaller in size (as the name suggests). The Birdseye Baby is a great grower, producing a large number of these tiny pods. Grows well in pots. Despite its small size, the Birdseye Baby still packs a punch measuring in at 100,000 to 225,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
Can be used in a similar fashion to its big sister - raw, cooked or pickled.
