The Big Jim pepper just warms, doesn't burn - only nips, never bites! If you enjoy flavour over heat, the Big Jim is perfect - fruity and sweet like a capsicum, with a very mild chilli kick.
With some fruit growing to nearly 30cm long, it is one of the largest chillies available to man. Its thick flesh and large size makes it great for stuffing, and it's the Big Jim that is used in Mexico's famous chiles rellenos dish, but it can be used in just about anything else, including salsas and salads.
