Like the Australian dessert, this chilli is large and bright red. The pods are almost heart shaped (hence its name!), with smooth and glossy skin. The fruit is thick and crunchy. No official testing has been done, but the Australian Atomic Heart is thought to be about 5000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
