Aji Tuste Verdi
Its name may translate to 'green chile' but the Aji Tuste Verdi is a bit of a rainbow, producing pods that go from green to yellow to orange to red. Difficult to find outside its homeland.
The name literally translates to green chilli, but the Aji Tuste Verdi is a bit of a rainbow - starting at a very pale green, then developing purple stripes, before maturing to yellow and then finally a deep orange or red.
The Aji Tuste Verdi is grown widely in Peru, but difficult to find elsewhere.
